Rachel Hollis, Jenna Kutcher, Amy Porterfield, and the Case of the SEO Optimized Friendship

This whistle was made for blowing.

Read the entire deep dive on The Online Marketing Industrial Complex here.

You can also find it at RachelJennaAmy.com.

Yes, that’s Rachel Hollis, Jenna Kutcher, and Amy Porterfield, also known as Tony's Angels.

Or Brunson’s Boss Babes, depending on the launch season.

Sometimes, Wedmore’s Wives, but only behind closed doors.

Today I created the recap to end all recaps and, even if you’ve read it, you’re going to want to stay for the one woman show/dramatic interp that should sell you on my rainbow book tour if you’re not on board already.

Come for the trash talking in the name of truth, stay to learn everything you ever wanted to know about the Online Marketing Industrial Complex and, more importantly, why your worth is not defined by how well B School “worked” for you or not.

TLDR; Rachel Hollis, Jenna Kutcher, and Amy Porterfield manufactured an SEO optimized friendship to cross-pollinate their audiences and exploit their followers' loneliness in the name of launch numbers.

The genius of this unregulated industry of self-appointed experts is that they’ve been able to skirt accountability in a way corporations can’t, by pretending to be people instead of companies.

This means that Marie Forleo and her legal team lock down any trace of negative reviews.

That’s odd. I’m sure a “woman supporting women” would want real reviews online, not just the positive ones, or surely she’d know she’s stripping her customer of the full agency of their buying decision.

Or maybe she’s just a girlboss next door, still writing your email address down on a yellow notepad, like Laura Belgray won’t let us forget.

Your call.

Read the full recap, including all the juicy details on James Wedmore, Brooke Castillo, Russell Brunson, and Tony Robbins.

If you, like me, think that NO NEWS is much scarier than FAKE NEWS, I encourage you to publish your own thoughts about this on your website, not just social media.

These modern titans of marketing are banking on us keeping the conversation on TikTok and Instagram.

Put it on the record.

The Google record.

Then, send it my way!

Business comedian Rachael Kay Albesr, woman doing stand up

WTF is FREE SCHOOL? Comedian and court jester of the royal shit show that is online marketing burns it all down in her Instagram stories. It's the biggest biz art experiment of all time!

My name is Rachael Kay Albers and the kids call me the One Woman SNL of Business Comedy (because I tell 'em to). I'm a brand strategist, business comedian, and a helluva good time.

I started FREE SCHOOL as a free business school and creativity university on Instagram. But then I followed Ranchard Branson into a rabbit hole shaped funnel and found myself muckraking my way into the madhouse. Literally. Try to catch up here. It's a wild ride.
